Foraging

Common Sense Skill: Most Characters are able to Forage.

  • A Character who is native to an area may Forage in the local area without the possibility of accidentally collecting Poisonous Rations.

  • A Character who has a Field Guide for an area they are not familiar may Forage in the local area without the possibility accidentally collecting Poisonous Rations.

Each hour spent Foraging yields (v:10) Foraged Rations.

Foraged Rations are considered safe to eat, though they may or may not be appetizing.

Barren Biomes such as deserts, tundra, and dunes will only yield one ration per hour with a successful (v:4@4).

Foraged Ration: Consuming a Foraged Ration will apply Minor Nourishment.
