Nourished
Nourished is a Temporary Condition applied by consuming food or by other various effects.
Only one instance of Nourished of any kind may be active at any time.
Applying an additional instance of Nourished before a previous instance has ended causes the Glutted Condition.
Malnourishment
Going 24 hours without having the Nourished Condition applies Malnourishment.
Each 24 hours without having the Nourished Condition applies an additional stack of Malnourishment.
Each stack of Malnourishment reduces maximum Hit Points by (5%/Min 1).
20 Stacks of Malnourishment or if Malnourishment reduces Hit Points to Zero the result is death.
Nourishment Conditions
Minor Nourishment: Regain (v:4+1) Hit Points at each upkeep for 3 Full Rounds.
Standard Nourishment: Regain (v:6+2) Hit Points at each upkeep for 5 Full Rounds.
Major Nourishment: Regain (v:8+3) Hit Points at each upkeep for 7 Full Rounds.
Nourishment
Some Effects and Special Foods such as those crafted by Chefs may use custom values and variables for the Nourishment Condition. Advanced Nourishment Effects may even reduce certain kinds of stress over time,
Nourishment: The Effect Description will include all values and variables.
Glutted
While Glutted no active beneficial effects of Nourishment will be applied.
Detrimental Effects from all sources of Nourishment will still apply.
Their remaining durations will still continue to tick down as normal.
At any point where the number of sources of Nourishment is reduced to 1, the effects will apply as normal.
Consuming Alchemical Items
Consuming Alchemical Items does not interact with Nourishment or Malnourishment unless specified in the item’s description or effects.
