Developer Notes: Did you see that?


Detection Checks: (v:20 + Awareness)

In 90% of situations our Characters are simply aware of what is in their surroundings. We also have Awareness States, which affect our Variable Challenges. At most times we can assume our Detection is static at (15 + Awareness +/- Awareness State)


Awareness States

  • Sleeping: -10

  • Distracted: -5

  • Focused: -5 (+5 if the Awareness Challenge is the Focal Point of the Character)

  • Normal: 0


Stealth? • In Development •

We are working on an advanced stealth mechanic. For now, we suggest using the Physical Prowess Mechanic as an addon to the actions they take, to see if they go unnoticed.
