You must exceed the incoming Ranged Attacks Effect Accuracy Check to Deflect.
When Deflecting with a Weapon, Shield, or Object, it takes half the attack actions damage.
You may target an attack which isn’t targeting you provided all other requirements are met.
If the Attack Action exceeds the durability of your Weapon, Shield, or Object, it is destroyed and you take all the remaining damage to your Vitality.
If deflecting unarmed, you reduce the damage taken by 30% and take all remaining damage to your Vitality.
