Durability: 10 (If Unarmed, Basic Attack Costs 10 Vitality)
Reach: 1 Tile or Weapon’s Reach

Effect: (v:6)

  1. Basic Attack Misses.

  2. Basic Attack Misses.

  3. Basic Attack barely Hits, dealing 2% of Strength Damage as an Injury Card.

  4. Basic Attack Hits, dealing 3% of Strength Damage as an Injury Card.

  5. Basic Attack gets a Solid Hit, dealing 4% of Strength Damage as an Injury Card.

  6. Basic Attack gets a Direct Hit, dealing 5% of Strength Damage as an Injury Card.


Notes

Most weapons have basic actions which allow you to use better attacks than the Basic Attack.

Complex Weapons

Effectively using a complex weapon requires upgrading the Specific Weapon’s Effect Trees.

Without unlocking the attacks from complex weapons, all our character may perform is the Basic Attack.

Unconventional Weapons

The Basic Attack is used with any unconventional weapon.

Unconventional weapons may be treated as if unarmed as well, costing Vitality in addition to Durability at the discretion of the Story Guide.
