Many Actions and Effects will grant bonuses to Vital Statistics when unlocked.

The main description of the Action or Effect will follow this line.

When we unlock an effect, we add or subtract all of the Vital Statistic Adjustments to our Base Vital Statistics.

While most adjustments will be positive, some Actions and Effects will decrease the values of our Vital Statistics.
