Bleeding Counters
Bleeding Counters represent how much damage from blood loss a Character or Unit is suffering. The actual volume of blood loss has no bearing on mechanics.
During re:Cycle, Bleeding Counters deal damage equal to the total number of counters and then the total number of counters are halved.
Special Units can not have more than 50% of their Vitality in Bleeding Counters. Ultimate Units can not have more than 10% of their Vitality in Bleeding Counters.
Bleeding Counters can not be applied to bloodless units.
