Mescrit Culture

Mescrit when they get attached to another typically go all in. Their hatred for being alone blinds them to those who accept them, so it is not uncommon for them to be doing the bidding of unsavory characters.

As more and more of them get pushed out into the greater city of Vaia, they find work in the technical fields which they’re handy at. Even from total ignorance a Mescrit can pick up a trade or craft when given a chance. People are weary of them when they are in groups with other Mescrit and Kiyomen, but the sight of a Mescrit tagging along with any of the other species has become a much more common sight.

Cultural Expectations

Mescrit don’t form strong family bonds. As they grow they tend to end up mixing into different clusters where sibling rivalries and other wedges are not a constant hardship. They will become loyal until serious abuses take their toll, but in a good cluster they’ll spend the rest of their lives.
