Barchhra Culture
Pride in craft and achievement. Barchhra are perfectionist, taking their time with their crafts and working to tried and true standards. While Onym are raised to be innovators, Barchhra are raised among those who do what works right every time. While they tend to be stubborn, hardly ever taking someone’s word for it. They want to see it done and how it is done right.
Cultural Expectations
From the time they can walk they are swinging hammers. Digging holes and searching for gems and metals. A family clutch of Miners will sport four or five children working the mines closer to their older brothers, sisters, matriarch, and patriarch. This practice comes as a shock to other cultures, but seeing a family work together full of mirth and glee at every find in their daily treasure hunts shows it isn’t labor, but a way of life.
With Four main professions; Smith, Miner, Builder, and Merchant, Barchhra Clans provide service, material, construction, and equipment in exchange for food, drink, and delicacy. All these are their favorite things.
