Note: An Absolute Unit who also chooses a Militant Faction Unlocks both Physical Training and the Leaf Effect Load Training.
Physical Training
Daily Physical Training is part of what keeps a Character fit and healthy and pushing to higher Physical Ability.
Routine: 1 Hour
Gain a Temporary +5 Health Boost between Strength and Agility which lasts 10 Hours.
Strength: +3 (Increases Hit Points by 30, Raw Potency by 1, and Max Lift by 15 Load)
Agility: +2 (Increases Raw Potency by 1 and Action Slots by 2)
Notes: Physical Training does not require special equipment, domicile options, or otherwise. While Malnourished, a Character can not benefit from Physical Training. The maximum Health Boost for Attributes can not exceed a total of +10. Physical Training does not stack with itself.

Requirements: The Physical Training Effect Tree must be available to grow the following Leaf Effects.
Load Training
Growth Points: 10
Your Base Every Day Carry Load Weight is no longer counted towards your Max Lift.
Proper Routine
Growth Points: 10
The Temporary +5 Health Boost between Strength and Agility now lasts 30 Hours.
