Base Vital Statistics

When creating your character you begin with the same Base Vital Statistics as everyone. From there your Species and Origin Core selection will further increase your Base Vital Stats. Certain Equipment, Items, Temporary Buffs, and Enchantments may also adjust your Base Vital Stats. Each of the Vital Stats have a Hard Maximum which can not be exceeded by any means.

The Importance of Attributes

While here you’ll learn what Attributes do for everyone. As you dive deeper into the game, you’ll find many applications for each attribute. Some examples may include how Awareness increases healing potency for some actions, and how Strength or Agility may affect some kinds of physical damage.

Increasing Vital Attributes

Unlocking or advancing Effect Trees may also adjust the Primary Vital Statistics. Inherent Maximums can not be exceeded by any means.

Unlockable Attributes

There are provisions for additional attributes which become unlocked due to acquiring certain effects. These unlockable attributes are usually thematic and often specific to the effect which unlocked them.
