Description: Adding a Plate to your Armor causes the next Physical Attack to Hit to be fully Mitigated.

Caveats: Only 1 Plate may be added to Armor at a time. Without Recovery, the Plate is destroyed when it Mitigates an attack.

You may add a Plate to yours or another’s Armor in the midst of combat. This Plate will fall off during the third re:Cycle from the time it was rigged.

Plate Scrap Recovery

Growth Points: 4

When one of your Plates Mitigates an attack, the Scrap used to make it is no longer destroyed, and may be collected for 1 Action Slot, 1 Reserved Slot if it is in the same Tile as you or in an Adjacent Tile. It is automatically collected if it is within 10 Tiles of you at the end of the Combat Engagement.
