Duration: 3 Full Rounds
Notes: Minor Nourishment can not remove Hard Damage. Only one instance of Nourished of any kind may be active at any time. Applying an additional instance of Nourished before a previous instance has ended causes the Glutted Condition.
Glutted: While Glutted no active beneficial effects of Nourishment will be applied. Detrimental Effects from all sources of Nourishment will still apply. Their remaining durations will still continue to tick down as normal. At any point where the number of sources of Nourishment is reduced to 1, the effects will apply as normal.
Sustenance
A fact of life is Sustenance. You have to eat. Inexpensive dried meat and high calorie breads and vitamin drops are all part of the store purchased ration packs, but most of what adventurers eat are the foraged goods found throughout the Overzones.
Developer’s Notes: Tracking sustenance day over day is often petty table time. A hand wave. The Nourishment System so filled with recovery and buffs makes a Character taking a moment to eat or drink in the middle of things or shortly after to prepare them for the next possible engagement both mechanically feasible and roleplay appropriate, instead of senseless tracking of a burden often ignored.
