Activation

Celerity: 5 Action Slots Minimum. (Up to an hour may be used to finish activation, as you sip on your delightful Coffee)
Durability: 1

Effect: Drinking a cup of coffee reduces Emotional Stress, Mental Stress, and Physical Stress by 1.

Caffeinated: +1 Agility for 6 Hours. (This can not make Agility increase past its maximum value of 13)

Coffee Addiction

Any time Coffee is consumed, addiction is applied immediately.
Once the Caffeinated buff ends, Caffein Withdrawal begins.
Withdrawal is removed any time the Caffeinated buff is gained.
Once the full 72 hours has passed, Coffee Addiction ends.

Addiction Withdrawal: -1 Agility for 72 Hours.
Also, Headache. (No Mechanical Effect.)
