Ice Cubes
The Frostlight Elemental may create ice cubes which melt into clean drinking water. This effect may produce enough drinking water to satisfy the needs of up to five people per day. While ice cubes may be used to fill a flask or refill a Flun, most just pop the occasional ice cube in their mouth and eat it.

“Ice magic may be the most common of all elemental abilities, though most casters are not adept enough at the ability to cause any real damage, it is common for the preservation of foods, chilling of drinks, and cooling off on a hot day. Ice is formed in the calmness of mind. The more still the mind, the colder the elemental presence.”
