Over the last century the existence of exploding wealth in the hands of few consumed affordable housing. Affordable for the hard working man became a hoarding of cheap haves for the affluent. Those who are lucky to have an estate at all are also seeing the destruction of the systems that once made their families wealthy.

The Estate grants your character an Estate. The Estate may be used by you and your party as a Tactical Hub Environment.
Background: How the character came by this estate can be any of a myriad of reasons. They saved up and bought it. They inherited it. They claimed some land out in the fringes and began the process of developing it is also a possibility.

Waypoint
Unlocking Waypoint Grants Waypoint Landing, Waypoint Anchor, and Waypoint Key.

Waypoint Landing
The Waypoint Landing is the space required in your Domicile for Anchors and Keys to be linked to. This space must be a 2x2 Square of Tiles. The first landing comes with unlocking this Leaf Effect, additional Landings cost c8,000 or 800rs each.
Waypoint Anchor
A Waypoint Anchor is a small stone which allows you to create a Mobile Waypoint Landing. It requires a 2x2 Square of Tiles on level ground. When active, you and up to 3 others may travel from the Anchor to the Landing and back. Unlocking Waypoint grants one Anchor Stone. Additional Stones cost c10,000 or 1,000rs. Activating a Waypoint Anchor takes a Full Minute (12 Full Rounds) and it remains Active for 10 Hours.
Waypoint Key
A Waypoint Key is linked to a specific Waypoint Landing and may be Activated after holding the Key for 30 Seconds (6 Full Rounds). A Waypoint Key may be Activated once per 10 Hours. Activating the Key teleports you to the linked Waypoint Landing.
Estate Storage
Growth Points: 10
Requirements: Palm Tattoo Spot
Estate Glove: Once per Hour, you may grab any item currently stored in one of your Domiciles. This item must be something you can lift with one hand. Once summoned the item stays with you. You may at any time during the Hour which the item was summoned, while also holding the item, send the item back to where it was within the Domicile. Alternatively, you may assign it to a Estate Pocket Slot.
Estate Pocket: Anything you can fit in your Pocket (Within Reason) may be stashed into any one of your Domiciles as you put it in your Pocket. You may retrieve or store a Pocketed Item any time you choose with a 1 Action Slot or 1 Reserved Slot Interaction. Items which were not originally put in your pocket can not be summoned this way. Your Pocket can hold no more than 3 items. This effect takes a Palm Tattoo Spot, and can work with either hand, any Pocket on your person, or Thin Air.
