These Semi-Permanent Tattoos are etched into a Character’s Palm and lasts 10 Hours. Giving the Character the ability to Activate them repeatedly at the cost of Physical Stress.

Celerity: 1 Action Slot or 1 Reserved Slot
Physical Stress:
Causes Activator 1 Physical Stress

Range: 5 Tiles
Damage: (v:6 x Focal Potency) Contusional Damage. (Uses Scribe’s Focal Potency)
Forced Movement: The Victim is moved away from Activator 3 Tiles.

Notes: When scribed onto another’s Palm, the Water Glyph may only be activated one time before it Diffuses.
