Rune Scribe: Firefly
The art of folding paper and scribing a gentle rune which emanates light for 10 Hours has evolved over the centuries. The most common causes the small bit of folded parchment to come alive and follow the scribe. Often gently floating above their workspace to provide light as they continue their work on other runes.

Resources: 1 Piece of Parchment and 1 Unit of Ink
Shelf Life: The Firefly Rune has 1 Hit Point, and last up to 140 Hours pre-activation.
Activated Shelf Life: Once Activated a Firefly Rune lasts 10 Hours.
Once activated, for the next 10 Hours, this rune glows, shedding soft light with a 5 Tile Reach.
Firefly Runes when on precisely folded parchment are able to float, and will remain within 1 Tile of their Activator.
Notes: A Firefly Rune has 1 Hit Point, and dies when it gets wet. A Firefly Rune may also be placed on an object, and will glow up to 10 Hours provided the ink may remain on the item. On a non-parchment medium, Firefly Runes do not follow the Activator. Firefly Runes may be activated by anyone.
