Activation
Celerity: 1 Action Slot
As Action Rider: +2 Action Slots & causes the accumulation of 1 Mental Stress.
Range: Within 30 Tiles of you or your Astral Projection.
Extended Range: Limitless for Vorhook Living Anchors.
Effect: Choose up to 1 Victim, or as many of your active Vorhook Living Anchors. Send them an idea through the Vor. This idea can be a few sentences and an image. Mental Conception may be used in conjunction with Wordsake Actions as an Action Rider. Mental Conception may not be used for Wordsake Effects with an Activation time of 6 Action Slots or more.
Notes: Mental Conception differs from normal communication through the Vor in the volume of information shared, beyond the Action Slots used to activate, by being instantaneous. Mechanically, this causes Wordsake effects used with Mental Conception to have their Celerity reduced to 0. To reiterate, Wordsake effects which have an Activation time of 6 Action Slots or more can not be used with Mental Conception.
