Effect: Impales the Target, Rooting them in place until the next upkeep.

Each Hit of Ice Shard [D] or Ice Lance [D] increases Ice Shard [i] Oakening by 1.
Death Without
There is no purpose for cultivating a state of Oakened with Ice Shard other than efficiently causing death without tangible evidence.
The Panrike Diligence infuses their soldiers with Frostlight and Fountain elementals. The precise execution of their enemies without the chance for accidental friendly fire.
