You gain a +100 bonus to Detection.
Murmurs will now detect thoughts from minds you are familiar with while within 100 Tiles of them, such as Living Anchors, Supporting Characters you’ve known for years. Especially when they are surprised or there is a sudden change. This effect ignores material blocks but not Psyche ones.
