Expertise Effects
Melee Combat Expertise Effects apply to the basic attack of melee weapons. The Effects that are usable depend on the Type of weapon. Expertise Effects are physically demanding beyond simply swinging the weapon.
Strike
Hit them as hard and fast as you possibly can.
Available for Melee Striking Weapon Types.
May be used with other melee weapon types, but they suffer the loss of 10% of their total Durability.
Activation: (-1AS|-1RS|-1FP)
Effect: If Strike Hits it does maximum Variable damage. Once all bonuses to the Attack are resolved, Multiply the Damage by 2.
IE: (v:8&Potency) becomes (8&Potency) x2

Mastery: A successful Strike attack increases Melee Combat Expertise [ii] by 1
Feint to Opportunity
Switching to a fake out followed up by an opportunity? Yes.
Available for all Melee Weapon Types.
Trigger: Failing to Hit with an Expertise Effect.
Activation: (1AS|1RS|1FP)
Effect: Make a Basic Attack.
When an Accuracy Check fails to hit a Target while using any of the Combat Expertise Effects, For 1 Action Slot, Make a Basic Attack.
This Basic Attack does not have to use the same weapon as the original Expertise Effect, but it does have to have the same Target.

Mastery: A successful Feint to Opportunity attack increases Melee Combat Expertise [ii] by 1

These three brother Half-Giants are of the Thirty-Three Gatekeepers of Ulmdom. They can be found on the grounds of the Ralipal Monastery and patrolling the Amcel Mol-Thern Bazaar near the Gates of Ralipal.
They’re known for leaving their near dead challengers and criminals caught in the act Unconscious on the streets. All three are peaceful, quiet and wise.
Is Ulmdom worth it? Worth dying trying? Not all the Gatekeepers are so kind as to leave challengers alive.

At 5 Mastery: Strike Physical Stress Reduced to 3
At 7 Mastery: Feint to Opportunity may now be a different Target than the original attack within your Reach.
At 10 Mastery: One Requirement for Warrior Crown Effect is met.
Mastery Requisite: Melee Combat Expertise {ii] with a Mastery of 10 is a requirement for the Warrior Crown Effect.
